Privacy notice

This notice covers information you submit through this website. It does not cover records held in our custody under a client agreement; those are governed by the agreement itself.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request documents, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, organisation, role, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and your answers. We also record the date and time of the submission.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to send you the documents you requested. We do not add anyone to a mailing list and we do not sell or share enquiry details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted within 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
If you continue an enquiry on WhatsApp, the message is sent from your own account and is subject to WhatsApp's terms.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to customercare@blackboxrecordsmanagement.com.
Applicable law
We handle personal information in line with Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018).
